Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel boasts good restaurants and a perfect location, though it was a bit noisy initially. Moving to a newer room at the annex solved that problem, giving us better control over the A/C and a quieter atmosphere.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with very friendly and helpful staff, good restaurants on-site, and a perfect location to explore the city. The dining experience was decent with a good selection, although slightly repetitive. Overall, a great value for money choice in a prime location.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were extremely well appointed and immaculately clean, equipped with everything I needed like a safe, a fridge, and a coffee machine. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the opera house and close to public transportation and dining options. The service was kind and friendly, although there was a minor issue with the billing calculation. The dining experience was lovely, setting me up for a day of exploring. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers a mix of positives like extremely comfortable beds and a great view, but disappointingly the room was not ready as promised. The service is top-notch with professional and pleasant staff, though dry cleaning costs extra. The location is a strong point being close to major attractions, yet the dining experience fell short with limited options for those with allergies. Facilities were well-maintained but lackluster.
